The position
We are looking for a competent, business-oriented finance professional to join our clients team as a Finance Manager. As the finance manager with our client, you ‘ll be in charge of all controlling tasks as well as ensuring the accounting and reporting for Sweden is correct. You’ll be the only finance member in Sweden while reporting to both the local Managing Director as well as the international Head of Finance. As the finance manager you are in charge of monitoring the entity’s financial health. You maintain, manage, and analyze financial statements, payroll, budgets, forecasts, tax compliance issues etc. You provide the decision makers of the company with adequate financial information in order to support them to make the right decisions. 

  • Maintain, manage, and analyze financial statements, payroll, budgets, tax compliance issues and so on, as well as developing and streamlining the company’s controlling procedures and routines
  • Provide financial support to the management in financial topics
  • Cash flow controlling, bank relationships, and insurances
  • Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting

Who are you?
You are someone who wants to work hands-on but are still able to see the bigger picture. You have an eye for detail combined with strong analytical skills and a service minded approach. You have 3-7 years of previous experience as a controller and within accounting, a relevant bachelors degree and previous experience from SAP. You have excellent skills in Swedish and English while also being a great user of Microsoft Office, Excel in particular. We are looking for an ambitious and driven individual with experience from an international environment.

About the position
The position is a full time position with our client based in Stockholm. You will be working with a hybrid model that allows you to both work from the office and any other location by choice.
