This is our standard process, we always tailor our process based on the recruitment profile and our customers needs.
We go through your needs and undertake a thorough analysis to generate a truly sharp requirements profile, we for example perform what we call speed dating with people who will work close to the current role. Once the requirements profile has been established, it’s time to write an advertisement and choose suitable advertising channels. As experts within attraction and candidate behaviours we help you to find the right media channel and communication solution with your target group in mind.
We start by screening all your applications to find the ones that match your requirements profile best. Selected candidates are then asked to do different tests to promptly give us and them a good picture of how good a match they are.
Now that we've got a better picture of our candidates, we approach them for a short phone interview. Supposing that things go well, the next step is a longer competence-based interview at Wise Professionals.
We present our selected candidates to you including a brief interview summary and provide feedback on the tests taken by them. After that, it's time for you to interview the selected candidates either at Wise Professionals or your own offices.
Once the final candidates has been chosen, we always take two references for them, at least one of which is a former manager. After the recruitment process is completed and your new employee is in place, we’ll follow up after one month after employment and start and five months to ensure that everything is running according to plan during our guarantee period of 6 months.
